Supplies & Embellishments Used in this Project

Quick Instructions for this Project

  1. We will cut three pieces of paper. Cut the lilac base to an A2 size – 8 1/2″ tall by 5 1/2″ wide score and fold at 4 1/4″. Cut a piece of silver card stock to 5 1/4″ tall by 4″ wide. Cut a piece of white card stock to 4 14/16″ tall by 3 3/4″ wide.

  2. On the piece of white card stock, lightly trace the heart stencil. Stamp the Mini Lavender Flower in lavender and again in heliotrope. Stamp the Tiny Lavender Flower in lavender and again in heliotrope. Stamp the Mini Lavender Leaf in olive.
  3. Once the ink is dry, rub cornstarch below the heart with a stamping buddy, or similar tool. Stamp the sentiment, “Bless Your Heart” in VersaMark ink. Apply embossing powder, tap off excess and emboss with heat tool.

  4. Tie a bow in the ribbon and glue ribbon loop at the top of the heart, then glue the bow on top of that.

  5. Glue the white card stock to the silver card stock and glue that to the lilac card base. And that’s it!

I hope that you enjoy creating this card and I look forward to hearing from you and learning how your card turns out. Until next time, happy stamping from all of us at Rubber Stamp Tapestry.
